Man this is mediocre at best. I really couldn't help thinking to myself why am i seeing a bunch of colorful skittles.
Microsoft really knows how to persuade the masses huh? Oh well, enjoy it 360 owners. I'll gladly enjoy Fat Princess and The Punisher on PSN :)
Only time will tell. With killzone2 topping the preorder lists of gamestop.com, play.com and amazon.com, one would think killzone2 has the potential to be a big seller for the ps3 and Sony. Lets wait and see.
Yep they really need to step up.
Halo didn't sell 28 million units, there was a large 360 userbase before the game was released. Killzone2 doen;t need to outsell an overated pos as long as it's better to play with replayabity qualities. And this is the part where you get OWNED my delusional friend. Killzone2 WILL feature 64 player clan matches on a single map, hows that for better online play. Hell 32 individuals can battle it out at any gevin time.
I'm sure there will be plenty of people worth playing on the P...
Wow these people need to STFU. The gaming media are the worst than the actual devoted fanboys. They are to blame for exaggerating the simplest things and blowing them out of proportion. Yes killzone2 is gonna be exceptional but please keep the hype down.
"Halo Killer?" As far as i'm concerned killzone2 is a killzone1 killer simple as that.
Totally agree with you there bob. Here's a bubble :)
War devil
New Rachet and Clank
Demon Soul
Quantum Theory
5 unannounced rpg's from SCEJ
More unannounced games by sony at GDC/E3/TGS lol.
There is only 2 reasonable explanations for this maneuver. Either Microsoft paid for this to be a 360 exclusives knowing that they have sh!t all to call their own or the developer wasn't intelligent enough to code for the ps3 thus making them pathetic and weak.
This would also show their lack of fps knowledge because the game looks like halo3 graphics wise. It looks bland and boring.
Just in case i don't here from you people, then good morning, good afternoon and good night.
Here is a thought for you mate. When the 360 manages to sell $145million consoles and counting in less than 10 years (that's if it lasts that long) or when MicroSCUM manages to produce a product that leads in quality and quantity with the most genre defining games for 2 straight decades that's the only time "Sony bots" will ever throw down the towel.
Until then you 360 loyalists should keep quite and hold onto your little 28 million console sales in nearly 4 years lead...
"As for the "MS better be scared of Sony's 1st part titles" well the one coming out in Feb still needs to prove itself as a viable competitor". It already has. Lets see.
Play.com: killzone2 tops preorder list
Amazon: killzone2 tops preorder list
And many more to come. Also the reviews are nothing but stella.
The system is flawed people. I say down with delusional journos.
Keep quite child. Didn't you father ever teach you not to talk with his penis in your mouth?
Damn all this negative talk about the controls along with the lack of wow factor in the game i really putting me off. More disappointing is the fact that it's coming from real gamers from both sides :(
I think out of all the consoles the 360 is the one possibly in danger in 2009. Sony is gearing up with some of the most exceptional AAA games along with an inevitable price cut. The PSN will have a much bigger library of full games that the 360 can't match along with lag less multiplayer online goodness.
More third party support for the ps3 and HOME, and keep in mind it is all free of charge. The momentum will be strong for the ps3 with so many games that it could survive just of...
Followed by the 26th Feb here in AUS :)
That's extreme man WOW! These people have gone nuts for killzone2. Well as long as people relies that killzone2 is the pinnacle of NEXT GEN FPS's then that's all good. The dark side just seems too bada$$ i guess lol.
And so it begins. This is a sign that developers are going multiplat in order to gain more potential revenue and cut back on development costs. also not to forget that we are in a financial crisis. These two reasons will be why third party devs will make multiplatform games.
Makes you wonder if Sony saw this coming from a mile away. They where spot on about first party games playing a big roll in generating console interest.
